Fabrication & Erection
The erection & fabrication of structural steelwork consists of the assembly of steel components into a frame on site. The processes involve lifting and placing components into position and then connecting them. We, at KCTW, carry out design, development and fabrication of light, medium and heavy structural steelworks, piping (CS, LTCS, DI, SS, Duplex, Super Duplex) and all types of tanks and pressure vessels, oilfield skids, mechanical plant room, district cooling plant room, and structures.
As we are an ISO Certified company, all welding is carried out by our well-trained staff following ASME 1X and British standards. Moreover, we carry out fabrication with various materials namely Carbon Steels and its alloys, Stainless Steel & Aluminum.
We also undertake ductile iron welding and carry out welding of different materials and special alloys through SMAW, GMAW, GTAW, TIG processes and so on.
